Our Fish Brothers SEAT dealership has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor.

The Parts Advisor is a proactive and important member of the team dealing with all parts related enquiries. You will be responsible for identifying and selling parts profitably to the trade and retail customers, via phone, email and internet sales whilst ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Specific duties will include facilitating trade sales via phone and email, facilitating internet sales to the public, ensuring accurate and timely management of parts in stock and working with the team to achieve the goals and targets of the department.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in working within a parts department, have good communication, organisation and time management skills and will possess a good standard of general education. Full training will be given on our in-house systems but IT literacy is also essential.
