Our Click & Collect service means that you can use our website to find your next new vehicle and all of our latest offers. Then, with a couple of clicks or a phone call, you can reserve you next car with us, all without leaving the safety of your own home. Our teams in the dealership will guide you smoothly through the process and make sure everything is taken care of for you.

All that is left to do is arrange when you would like to pick up your new car. This will be done from a designated handover area at your chosen dealership, ensuring the safety of both our customer and colleague.


Used Vehicles

It’s never been easier to purchase a used vehicle at Fish Brothers. We don’t want buying your next vehicle to be another challenge of lockdown, so we have our Click & Collect service available on used vehicles too.

It’s really simple!

Browse our fantastic used vehicle range online, use our “Reserve Now” tool to leave us a few details. We will then contact you and finalise your reservation with a fully refundable fee.

We will then arrange a Virtual Appointment at a time and in a way that suits you. We can offer you a bespoke video tour, a video call with one of our knowledgeable sales team or if you would prefer and phone call or email. Once you are completely happy with your next vehicle, we will then agree a collection or delivery date that is good for you.

Then just collect or accept delivery of your vehicle!

How does collecting my vehicle work?

At Fish Brothers the safety of our customers and colleagues is always our number one priority, and even more so with the current situation. This that we have adapted the way in which handovers work to align with government guidelines and ultimately keep everyone safe.

Before the agreed collection date of your vehicle, one of the dealership team will contact you to complete as much of the necessary paper work as possible, either over the phone or via email. On the day of collection, we ask only one person is in the handover area with our colleague, this is to enable us to maintain social distancing a stay safe.

When you arrive at the dealership, a member of the dealership team will take you to the Click & Collect handover area. We ask that customers wear a face covering for the entirety of their visit, so we are following government guidance and keeping everyone safe. Our colleagues will be wearing a face covering or be behind a protective screen whenever they are interacting with you. If you are exempt from wearing a face covering then please let the dealership know.

If you are bringing in a part-exchange, a member of the dealership team will appraise your vehicle after they have taken you to the handover area. In the dealership there will be a hand sanitizing station that we encourage you to use, and also ask that you follow instructional signs and maintain your distance whilst with us.

Your vehicle will have been fully valeted and sanitised ready for your collection. We will ensure social distancing throughout the handover process and aim to make the appointment as quick as possible, without compromising on any details. We are of course still on hand digitally after the handover, so feel free you ask any question that you have about your new vehicle.

Your sanitised keys will be in a sealed envelope ready for you to drive away.
